About Josefin Aberg 

Josefin Åberg (b.1995, Nyköping, Sweden) is a Malmö-based textile artist and designer whose work moves within the intersection of traditional textile craft and technology. Her weavings explores the tactile and the digital simultaneously, drawing attention to the coded structures and algorithmic nature which both weaving and computers have in common. Traditional patterns and techniques are deconstructed and reinterpreted through the lens of glitch art aesthetics and digital expression.
