About Marta TroyaMarta Troya (b. 1995) is a Spanish visual artist based in Málaga. Her interdisciplinary practice spans weaving, ceramics, glassmaking, printmaking, and mixed-media installations, often developed through collaborations with artisans worldwide. Marta’s work explores art as a healing and devotional practice, intuition, and the intersections between humanity, nature, and the body, blending autobiographical narratives with traditional craft. Informed by international studies and residencies—from London and Beijing to Morocco and Portugal—her work creates intimate, reflective experiences that bridge contemporary practice and ancestral knowledge.”
